Position:
Rainbow Blinds & Interiors Ltd is a family run, national supplier of window blinds and curtains and is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Factory Operative to work in our busy manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the successful candidate should possess a willingness to learn and great communication skills. Knowledge of the blinds industry would be an advantage, but not essential.
You will be working as part of a large production team within a very busy manufacturing environment to fulfil customer orders on time and to the highest quality standard.
The Person:
· Excellent communication skills
· Energy and drive to contribute to our team
· Good competency in numeracy and literacy
· Good time management
· Self-motivated with ability to organise and prioritise their tasks
· Be able to work in a team and on their own
Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Thursday, 8am-3pm Friday.
