We are looking for an experienced Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and be able to effectively communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions, providing feedback to participants, and monitoring the progress of trainees. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to think on their feet, and have a strong knowledge of the subject matter they are teaching.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver training sessions in a variety of formats.
- Develop and implement training plans and materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide feedback to learners and managers.
- Monitor learner progress and adjust training plans accordingly.
- Maintain records of learner progress and performance.
- Stay up-to-date on new training methods and technologies.
