Data Entry Administrator [United Kingdom]


 

We are actively recruiting for an enthusiastic individual to join our Marketing team with a focus on maintaining and improving the quality of our internal database. The ideal candidate will be a professional individual with a keen willingness to learn and is looking to progress a career within a growing organisation.

Westminster Forum Projects is a market leader in organising senior-level seminars on many areas of public policy.

The role -

  • Adding new contacts to the database on our internal CRM system
  • Updating information for existing records on the system
  • Working to deadlines
  • Assisting in data cleaning tasks to ensure all contact details are kept up to date
  • Researching and categorising contacts

The Successful candidate -

  • Strong eye for detail with exceptional accuracy
  • Excellent IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of company business structures would be a distinct advantage
  • A desire to develop, progress and take on extra responsibilities

The role is full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and based remotely.
